TDODAR – Crisis Decision-Making Training

Key visual concepts for a crisis decision-making training workshop built on the TDODAR model — Time, Diagnosis, Options, Decision, Assignment and Review — the structured method used by pilots and emergency teams to make the right call under pressure. The session puts participants in the boots of a Toronto fire chief who must choose, within one minute, between two simultaneous fires with limited trucks, heavy traffic and lives at stake. Under the line “Are you ready to save a life?”, we created a series of cinematic presentation covers and title slides using fire, smoke, firefighters, sprinklers and pressure gauges in bold red, orange and gold, giving the training a dramatic, high-stakes atmosphere from the very first slide, shown here on desktop and tablet screens.
